Early life

Since he was a chld, he showed extraordinary musical talent. At age of 8, he began playing and performing in classical guitar concerts, already displying great ability.
Very young, Luca started performing on stage, including national television broadcasts.

Influences and Musical Styles

A strong passion for Rock ‘n' Roll, and especially for Elvis Presley, has influenced Luca's vocal style.
His virtuousic guitar techniques, typical of Country Music, blend with the classic style of Rock 'n' Roll, making Luca a central figure for the Telecaster guitar in Italy.

Career

Soave Guitar Festival

In 1997, Luca was invited by Pierpaolo Adda to the “Soave Guitar Festival” where he had the honor of playing with Albert Lee (Eric Clapton, Emmylou Harris, Deep Purple), proclaiming Luca's official entry into the world of guitar virtuosos.

In the following years, he had the opportunity to play (among the others) with James Burton (Elvis, Ricky Nelson, Frank Sinatra, Jerry Lee Lewis, John Denver), John Jorgenson (Elton John, The Desert Rose Band, The Hellecasters), Tommy Emmanuel, Johnny Hiland, Jerry Donahue.

Between James Burton and Luca, a great friendship and a strong collaboration were formed.
Luca has also performed with the original Elvis band.
In Italy, some of his most significant concerts include "Elvis Days" (2006), "Summer Jamboree" (2010) and "Pistoia Blues Festival" (2011).

In 2007 James Burton invited Luca to the "Shreveport Internation Festival" (Louisiana, US), held in the same auditorium where Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline and many other artists made their debut. On stage with Luca and James were Ed King (Lynyrd Skynyrd), Chris Isaak, Lee Roy Parnell and Steven Seagal.

The latest concert with the legendary James Burton took place in Milan in 2018.

On October 20, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee, thanks to John Jorgenson, Luca was the only italian invited to the medallion ceremony for the induction of James Burton, Toby Keith and John Anderson into the Country Music Hall of Fame!
The event was attended by many country music stars, but not just them... Elvis Costello with John Jorgenson, Brad Paisley, Keith Richards, Post Malone, Vince Gill, Emilou Harris, Blake Shelton, Ricky Skaggs, and many others were also there.
